Can I place an order other than with my credit card on line?

 

Secure Internet credit card transactions are not submitted to your credit card company until they are entered manually by us.  This is usually done the day following the day you place your order on line.  Adjustments for coupons, gift certificates or shipping are done at this time.

 

Even with these secure measures some people are not comfortable with using a credit card online.  We understand this issue so if you would like to mail in an order, simply print the order page and mail it with your check to:

How do I use my coupon or gift certificate?

 

To use a coupon or gift certificate, simply enter the coupon code or gift certificate number in the place provided at check out and you're discount will automatically be deducted.

 

I keep getting an error message “Parameters Incorrect” on almost every page.  What can I do?

As many other sites do, we do also change a few things as time goes on. If you visited our site a year ago and come back to us now and are getting this error message, it is most likely that you still have the very first page of our site in your local cache. Since we have changed out menu navigation quite a few times, you will need to clear your browser cache. You can first try to clear your cache.

 

If that does not resolve the problem and you are using Netscape Navigator, that could also be the problem.  Older versions of Netscape tend to cause problems in many sites. Try using another browser like Internet Explorer or Opera. Yahoo probably has one as well or try anybrowser.com for more information.

 

 

Help for AOL users:

In order to speed up web browsing, web browsers are designed to download web pages store them locally on your machine in an area called "cache". When you visit the same page for a second time, the browser speeds up display time by loading the page locally from cache instead of downloading everything again. This sometimes results in less than current versions of web pages being displayed. If you believe that you have a less than current version of a page, please follow the following steps to clear the cache in your browser. Note, the directions vary depending on whether you use the AOL, Internet Explorer, or Netscape browser.

 

Clearing the Cache for all major web browsers

AOL:

From the 'My AOL' menu, on the AOL toolbar,

Click 'Preferences', Then Click 'WWW'

Look for the 'Temporary Internet Files'

Click 'Delete Files', then click 'OK'.;

That should clear your cache and give you a fresh start.

 

Internet Explorer:

Up top in the pull-down menus (File, Edit, Tools etc.),
click Tools, then
'Internet Options'

This brings up a dialog with 6 tabs across the top (General, Security,
Content, .......)

Click 'General;, the look for 'Temporary Internet Files'

Click 'Delete Files', then (if it appears, check off 'Delete all offline
content';, then click 'OK'.

Click 'OK' again and this should clear all cached pages.

 

Netscape:

Up top in the pull-down menus (File, Edit, etc.), click Edit, then 'Preferences'.

Find 'Advanced'. Click the + sign in front of the word, 'advanced'.

You'll see 'Cache, Proxies, etc.........'

Click 'Cache'

On the right you'll see, buttons labeled 'Clear Memory Cache' and 'Clear
Disk Cache'

First, click 'Clear Memory Cache' when the "?" dialog appears click 'OK'
Then click 'Clear Disk Cache', when the "?" dialog appears, click 'OK'.

Click 'OK' again to close the Cache Dialog box.

This will clear all old info from your browser and the error should be
finished.
